Requirements

• Manage the delivery of new Managed SOC including the implementation of pre-requisite infrastructure, onboarding of log sources, refining uses, integration to Service Management and operational handover to Security Operations
• Procurement, implementation and integration of an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) service into the newly established SOC
• Day to day management of Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) to deliver to schedule
• Establishing a relationship, collaborating, and driving Security Operations, Network and Infrastructure teams
• Run stand ups, maintain schedule, Kanban or Jira boards
• Risk and issues management, produce status reporting

Key Skills Required:      

• Experience successfully delivering initiatives as a Technical Project Manager
• Recent experience delivering SOC/SIEM/XDR Security projects
• The ideal candidate for this role should be familiar with the integration of security technologies within on-premises and cloud environment 
• Experience with Endpoint Threat Detection and Response (EDR) technology integrations such as FireEye, Crowdstrike, Microsoft Defender
• Strong Excel skill required. Pivots, lookups, dynamic reporting and dashboards
• Demonstrated use of MS Project, Jira, MS Planner and other planning tools use to manage detailed tasks and overall schedule
