Requirements:
Provide daily governance oversight over Change Management process
Determines CAB participants and prepares / communicates CAB agenda
Chair weekly CAB meetings (DCAB / ExCAB)
Authorizes changes based on CAB outcomes
Collaborate with service owners / managers (i.e. Hosting, Network, Database, App Support, etc.) to ensure process effectiveness and compliance
Identify & recommend process improvement opportunities to process owner; update procedures and implement enhancements as approved
Engage Change Owners to act upon identified trends related to change process and deployment outcomes
Responsible for ensuring process SLA / OLA targets are tracked and met
Identify/document risks related to change trends and assist leadership in determining appropriate response/action plans
Provide ongoing process training to drive improvements in both quality and efficiency
Experience in IT Change Management
Strong Service Now understanding and usability
Experience in IT Operational or Business Operations delivering, managing and improving service.
Practitioner in ITIL based methodologies
Experience with Cloud hosting and Agile product delivery
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with Executive leadership
Strong collaboration, coaching and influencing skills
Working knowledge of the technology stack to include Infrastructure and Applications
