Requirements

• Design conceptual and physical architecture for Data Piper software applications including: detailed data flows, database models and technology, network diagrams, integration methods and technology and testing methods and technology.
• Evaluate technologies to fit for requirements available on Microsoft Azure Cloud and Open source technologies. Determine how to satisfy functional requirements using existing platform architecture and services, and where appropriate, work with Platform Architect to help define and create new services to fulfill particular needs and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with Platform, Solution, Application and Data Architects towards creating industry leading approaches, architecture design and solutions in a rapidly evolving development environment. Design web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture including microservices and enterprise application architecture. Architect solutions across on-premise and cloud.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as engineering and product management to provide feedback and support the evolution of the platform and solution offerings and provide direction and guidance, hands-on development support, code review, development oversight, and support to successfully deliver on time with quality. Establish architecture governance with compliance of technology solutions with architectural patterns and standards. 

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in business administration, information systems, business information systems, computer science, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the offered position or working in the field of Data Visualization and Analytics, Analytics Innovation, or closely related.
• Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education.  Such expertise/knowledge cannot be quantified by time. Required expertise/knowledge includes: 
• Certifications for TOGAF 9.0, ITIL, Scrum master
• Data Visualization Applications: Tableau, Microstrategy, Qlikview
• Business Applications: Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, SAP CRM, SAP GRC, SAP BW, MS Project, MS SharePoint, EMC eRoom
• Programming: MS SQL Server, MySQL Server, MS Access, MS Visual Basic, MS Access
• Cloud Architecture Design: Google cloud platform, Microsoft Azure
• Data platform Architecture Design: Snowflake, Hadoop, Databricks 
• Job requires 40% domestic travel for client meetings.
